We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

What is your CANCELLATION Policy?

If you change your mind before you have received your order and want to cancel your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, the cost of the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. What is the order Delivery Time frame?

After receiving your order request, we will start processing your order immediately. It will take 3 to 5 business days to ship your order. After Shipping, delivery will take 7 to 10 business days.
