2). We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. If the reverse facility is not available with us, then we request you to self-ship the product to us through “India Post” General service (not speed post). Our Address is “Plot No-17, Block-F, Sector-1, DSIIDC Bawana, Delhi-110039”.
3). After receiving your return parcel, we will process your money refund on the same day, post quality check. Please note that it can take 5-7 working days for the refunded money to show in your account as per the standard banking procedure.
