What are the terms of the exchange policy?

1). You can apply for an exchange for your order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. If reverse facility is not avialable with us, then we request you to self-ship the product to us through “India Post”. Please use the general India Post service to send us back the order. No need to use expensive Speed Post.
2). Returns will be accepted only in cases when the product does not fit your bike/scooty or wrong/damaged product was delivered to you. It cannot be exchanged for another product in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.
3). Change of mind after dispatch of the product from Tripa or after receiving of the product by customer will not be considered a valid reason for returning a product.
4). If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number (7291008828) or email us on [email protected].
5). Any return request has to be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests raised after the 5 day window would not be processed.
6). Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.
7). Tripa Enterprises may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

How do I create a Return/Exchange request?

To exchange or return your order, you will need to email us at [email protected] with your order id and attach some clear pictures of the defective part of the product.

When will i get my refund money back?

After receiving your return parcel, we will process your money refund on the same day, post quality check. Please note that it can take 5-7 working days for the refunded money to shown in your account as per the standard banking procedure.

When will I get my exchanged product delivered?

1). Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse after the returned product has been picked from your end or you self-ship the product to us (you need to email us the courier slip after you ship the return package).
2). Orders are typically delivered in 3-5 business days in metros, and 7-10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Where should I self-ship the returns?

1). In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

2). Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?

No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
